BEYOND BIAS: Crafting an Inclusive Workplace Culture | A DEI Workshop
Join CareerRise’s Industry Partnerships and Equity@Work teams on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, from 10am – 3pm at Accenture Innovation Hub for a dynamic and interactive workshop facilitated by Synergy Specialty Solutions designed to challenge traditional notions of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by delving deeper into the complexities of workplace dynamics. Through insightful discussions participants will explore innovative strategies for fostering an inclusive environment where all individuals can thrive.
This workshop goes beyond mere awareness-raising exercises, providing practical tools and techniques for identifying and addressing unconscious biases, promoting allyship, and leveraging diverse perspectives for enhanced creativity and problem-solving.
