Learn how to “apply systems thinking to complex workforce problems” using the National Fund for Workforce Solutions’ new Systems Change Toolbox. The toolbox aims to serve as a guide to help workforce practitioners and anyone interested in “building a more equitable and prosperous workforce and community.” Emphasizing the work of its four systems change grantees, the toolbox highlights stories from Atlanta, Baltimore, Cleveland, and Syracuse. CareerRise’s Executive Director, John Helton, describes our work in partnership with WorkSource Metro Atlanta, our five local workforce boards, in a short video linked below. The toolbox also contains the principles and phases of systems change as well as additional tools and resources to help you put them into action.
