Constance Willis serves as the Program Manager at Westside Works. With over 20 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector, Constance has over 17 years of nonprofit managerial experience. Her background includes implementation of programs and collaboration among partners such as SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), Two Generation initiative with The Center for Working Families and Sheltering Arms, Pace Life Path Kellog, and the Atlanta Housing Authority grants to sustain communities and economic development. Passion for women and children services led Constance to her past work as Partnership Against Domestic Violence Shelter Director to empower survivors with a focus on homeless prevention and self-sufficiency. Her work as the Family Economic Success Program Manager in the NPU-V communities dramatically changed the way families viewed vocational skills, education, and economic success.
